Notes:

• A document with photograph should be carried along: ID, Passport, DNI or NIE .
• Applicants should arrive with 8 hours of fast (drinking water is allowed). Blood and urine analytics will be performed
• Wear your eyeglasses, if visual correction is needed (even if they are just for resting). If you use contact lenses, they are not to be used since the day before the appointment, if they are soft; or 3 days before it when they are RPG (hard).
